I had a dead battery. On Star and Cadillac roadside assistance tried to help. Of course, the car was locked, so I couldn't even find out how to fit the key fob insert (baby key) into the door. The next morning, I got a jump and took it to Dean Arbor. They tested the battery and replaced it. I had a doctor appointment and they gave me a loaner for an overnight trip. It could have been bad, but they came through for me. Always know how to use your key fob key insert!!! Dean Arbor is awesome m

The few hour job became a three day ordeal. I had to continue to follow up or call them to find out when Cadillac would be done and ready to be pick up. Upon my arrival I was informed that if I needed the problem diagnosed there was a fee of $65, which I was not aware of during setting the appointment for recall repair. Still continue to have issues with car even after repair, which I'm sure was realized if they test drove it after completing repair work. Customer service seemed non existent, not friendly. Several times I tried to call for update on car and no answer after being transferred to service department. Not sure if I'll use or buy from Dean Arbor in Tawas at this point, I wouldn't want to owe them anything.
Sales person was has been extremely helpful through both my leases. Even before I ask or contact her. She keeps my needs and my lease term in mind so she can help me find the best deal that suits me. Courteous and friendly. Helpful and respects my busy schedule.
