Antenna was broken off during vehicle wash. Wheel cap, almost directly below antenna, was also pulled off. Antenna parts had to be ordered. After 3 trips to Clearview Car Wash, Tawas, the parts were ultimately obtained.
Readers may wish to find another place to have their vehicles washed.

Before leaving today, I expressed that I wanted to take the truck to the Chevrolet dealership to have the antenna repairs completed. The owner complained that he did not want to pay the costs and insinuated that I would bear any fees. Poor customer relations.
Also, if Clearview cannot be trusted to wash a vehicle without damaging it, can they be trusted to do an oil change or any other type of mechanical/service work?
Note: Clearview staff were unable to replace the wheel cap on my truck. I took it to the local Chevrolet dealer. The Chevrolet body man stated that since both items that were torn off of my truck were each located on the front passenger side, he suggested that the brush at the car wash likely caused the damage. The Chevrolet dealership replaced the wheel cap at no cost. Quality customer service and relations.

Mgr of the Tawas location contacted the "owner" via telephone this date. I was told to meet the owner at their Oscoda branch. The owner was to replace the antenna. As agreed, I went directly to the Clearview Car Wash, Oscoda. I waited about an hour before he arrived - about 5:40 p.m.. Horrible customer service.
Didn't put my skid plate that covers the oil pan back on right and it fell off and burnt against my exhaust pipe and I had to pull it off while heading down state. Not happy about it and when you call they don't answer the phones !!!
Good place to wash car. Get the oil changed and wash the car. Love you guys.
I had to leave at about 6:20 p.m. and the antenna was still not repaired/replaced. My exodus today commenced at about 3:15 p.m., so, roughly 3 hours were involved just for today and nothing was accomplished. If it is repaired tomorrow, as "promised," I will have traveled about 100 miles specifically to address this fiasco.
