Very friendly and help you as fast as they can. Sometimes they need more than 1 worker in store. Jacob and Cyndee are very good workers.

Great service and friendly staff. But, they usually seem to not be able to fix your problem. Which isn't totally their fault, corporate AT&T has too many loopholes and stuff even they can't work around. But they sure do try to make it right.
Was going to charge me $25.00 too replace a sims card that was sent by ATT and was defected. Called another store and they said they would replace it free. The two stores were not ATT corporate stotes.
