If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my 2 dogs there for 2 days for dog boarding. 14.25 a day. They never called me ever. My husband goes to pick up the dogs. And she says 200 dollars. Well low and behold they only left a voicemail saying my 1 dog had a hotspot the morning of pick up. (DID NOT HAVE IT BEFORE HE LEFT. NEVER BIT AT HIS BUTT EITHER" Never spoke to me on the phone to ask me what I wanted or about prices just treated it and expected me to come in there and pay. Also my other dog had Diarihea. She gets it when she's nervous. THEY GAVE HER MEDICATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT or even calling to tell me WHAT WAS WRONG! They gave her baths, which I would not have minded if THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME. Then have the nerve to ask when can we get the money. HOW ABOUT NEVER! I PAID TO HAVE MY DOGS WATCHED AND CARED FOR. Not treated for illness or to be groomed WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!.
This Vet is awesome! Emergency calls after hours are returned within 15 minutes. They are our go to Vet when we are up north.
Very nice people, clean. Welcome you and pet by name when you walk in. My dog get happy when Dr King walks in the room. They care about the pets, I won't take my dog any other place.
I had an appointment at a vet I use to get my foster dog microchipped before being adopted the next day and was beyond shocked at what they wanted to charge! I drove all the way over to Sunrise Side and they microchipped my foster dog for an 1/8 of what the vet I use, so I'm switching. My foster dog is now in his forever home, THANK YOU!!
